EOP’s principle offices are located in Washington, DC just steps from The White House within the beautiful and historic National Grange Building.

EOP is available to provide training in all 50 states and the U.S. territories. This includes program management services upon request.

EOP's custom curriculum achieves learning outcomes targeted by agencies and evaluated by participants to ensure the highest levels of success. Recent examples include the addition of online, digital course content developed for the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Certificate Program.
