Randy Lamson has organized highly rated programs for OPM and served as the liaison to the Program Manager at OPM on seminars since 1994. He has annually brought high level Federal Government officials as speakers to the Budget Seminar and worked closely with the Program Manager to ensure the overall quality of the program and experience for the participants.
